Snow Devil Video | WMO International Cloud Atlas

The World Meteorological Organization has requested this footage of a snow devil captured in Halfmoon, New York in February 2014 for inclusion in the next edition of the International Cloud Atlas. What an honor for someone who has been filming and photographing weather for decades.
